Can I get a monthly rolling contract?
Yes, if you are in a CityFibre area or our own network build area. We will be offering monthly contracts in Openreach areas soon.
Why are you offering terms where we can leave after just a month?
We want to offer the very best customer service and believe shorter contracts offer you the most flexibility. If your situation changes, you move home or you’re a student, then you’re not tied to a long contract that doesn't work for you.

I am an existing customer, does this apply to me?
Yes, for all customers without additional install costs. For those we’ve reduced these from 24 months to 12 months. We always offer existing customers the same deal as new customers.
Do I need to do anything?
No, you don't need to ask - we will change this for you automatically.
I already have a service from another provider, would this still apply to me?
Yes, as soon as you are out of contract with your existing provider you can switch to a monthly contract with us. Hopefully that won’t be too long!
Does this also mean you can put your prices up at any time?
No, we promise no automatic price rises. And we always offer existing customers the same deal as new customers.
Does this monthly rolling contract apply to my phone service too?
