Circumstances change, and we're able to offer you the ability to change your installation date if it's no longer convenient for you.
How to request a change to your installation date
Please reply to the open E-mail ticket that concerns your order with the requested new date.
The e-mail address is orders[at]giga.net.uk. Please reply to the open ticket and do not create a new email, as this will not be allowed and will not link up.
When you can request the installation date change?
We require at least 2 working days' notice to process a date change.
If you request a date change within 2 working days of your confirmed installation date, and you can no longer make the installation date, then you may be charged a missed appointment fee as it's beyond the point of no return to make a change.
Installation date charge
We're charged an administration fee from our carriers when we make a change to an open order.
To help keep our overall monthly charges low, we need to pass on these charges where they do occur as we can't absorb these charges.
£15 inc VAT per amend.
Maximum delay to your installation date
You are only permitted to push out your installation date to a maximum of 3 months from your original order date. If you wish to extend beyond this date, then you will be required to cancel your order.
If you do cancel your order after your cooling off period, then early termination charges may apply.
The early termination charge will potentially be for the entire contractual period, so we do not recommend you cancel your order.
