We're keen for as many people as possible to benefit from the best ultrafast fibre broadband. We hope that by our happy customers referring your friends, family and neighbours, we can help more people get connected. This scheme rewards our customers for helping us get more people connected to the best type of broadband connection.
By all means share the code via WhatsApp, E-mail, or on your personal social media, pin as a post at the top of your Facebook, but please don't paste on our social media pages or Trustpilot - as you're preaching to the choir and these orders won't be counted.
The offer
You and a friend each receive £25 when they sign up using your dedicated sharing link.
You will each receive this as a credit on you account after your friend has been connected for three months. You can check the status of your referrals in the customer portal.
How to share your link
- Share your unique tracking link with your friends, family and neighbours - you can get your link in the Customer Portal - (how to gain access to Customer Portal)
- Click on the Refer a friend link in the customer portal.
- You will then see your referral links which you can quickly and easily share via E-mail, Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp.
- Click on the Refer a friend link in the customer portal.
- Your friend clicks on your link, and orders one of our full fibre services
You will see the referral in your customer portal once they've placed their order. It will indicate the status of the credit. - You then each receive £25 as a credit on each of your accounts once their service has been live for three months.
Your customer portal shall indicate it's been paid, and on your next invoice, we shall deduct the credit against your charges. If the credit(s) exceed your invoice, then you won't be charged, any any negative balance will carry forward until the following month.
Important notes
- Your friend must use your refer a friend tracking code for the credit to apply correctly. They will see confirmation of this on their order before they complete. If they use someone else's code, or it doesn't register (as their PC is blocking cookies for example), then neither of you will get the credit.
- If the refer a friend credit is not showing in their order page, but they still proceed to complete their order, then there is no way that we can retrospectively apply the credit.
- The refer a friend scheme is online only - no telephone/offline orders.
- Sadly we cannot retrospectively apply refer a friend credits, even if your friend did refer you.
- Please therefore ensure you share the link and your friend uses it when signing up.
Terms
- Your friend must follow and use the tracking link for the credit to apply.
- We reserve the right to validate referrals is we suspect that they are not within the spirit of the refer a friend scheme - e.g. they are not a friend, neighbour or family - and we shall void off any referrals that breach the spirit.
- Your friend must have been connected for 3 months, and have their account in good standing in order for us to apply the credit to both your accounts.
- If your friend becomes in a payment dispute with us whilst they are in contract, then the credit on your account is null and void. This may mean that you have to pay us back.
- We may withdraw the refer a friend scheme at any time.
