Giganet provides home broadband connections using the CityFibre full fibre network in a number of locations. We do not have access to every CityFibre town and city, but plan to increase the locations we can reach over the next year and beyond.
Where can you provide CityFibre home broadband services?
We have announced plans to connect home broadband customers to the CityFibre network in Portsmouth, Swindon, Reading, Plymouth, Crawley and Horsham. Please click here and choose your city, if it is listed, for the most up to date information. Customers in Portsmouth have already started to be connected in areas where the fibre is build is live.
Are you able to share your offering/pricing/product info?
Yes, we offer two packages - 500Mb/s for £37/month and 900Mb/s for £40/month. Both on 12 month contracts, with Wi-Fi router and unlimited usage included. Our Giganet price promise means we will not increase your price during your contract, or rise prices automatically at the end of it either.
What if I'm not in one of these locations?
We are currently in discussions with CityFibre about increasing the number of cities we work in. If you register your interest on our website by checking your postcode, we'll keep you updated if and when we can get you connected to full fibre broadband. This could be via CityFibre, Openreach or other networks we partner with.
Your business website has a lot of references to CityFibre in various regions, why is this if you can't provide me broadband there?
Right now, Giganet are only able to offer business services using the CityFibre network in many of these regions. We're successfully providing businesses access to much faster and better value full fibre broadband and leased lines than equivalent competitive networks.
Can I order one of your CityFibre business services at my home?
Yes. If you live in a CityFibre location that we do not yet sell home broadband in, but our main business website suggests you are able to get a CityFibre business service, then it may be possible to provide this to you.
Business CityFibre services are a lot more expensive than home versions, as they include various SLAs, lower contention, and guarantees.
I have lots more questions about CityFibre home broadband questions, can you help with them?
Yes of course, please email email@example.com with any questions you may have. We're always happy to help.
