Giganet does not currently provide home broadband connections using the CityFibre full fibre network.
This is something that we hope to announce soon.
At this time, we're only able to provide business services using the CityFibre network, which include our CityFibre UltraBEAM and CityFibre ELITE services. These are both business-grade services that include 24x7 support, with 5hr guaranteed fix, and in the case of the ELITE services, have uncontended/dedicated bandwidth.
Your main website has a lot of references to CityFibre in various regions, why is this if you can't provide me broadband there?
Right now, Giganet are only able to offer business services using the CityFibre network in these regions. We're successfully providing businesses access to much faster and better value full fibre broadband and leased lines than equivalent competitive networks.
When will you be able to provide CityFibre home broadband services?
We are currently talking to CityFibre about having access to their new home full fibre network in a few selected cities to begin with. These have not been announced yet, and we do not currently have a timeframe apart from an aspiration to launch early 2021.
Are you able to share your offering/pricing/product info?
Not right now. This will only be available closer to our launch.
Can I order one of your CityFibre business services at my home?
If our main business website suggests you are able to get a CityFibre business service, then yes, it may be possible to provide this to you.
Business CityFibre services are likely to be a lot more expensive than home versions, as they include various SLAs, lower contention, and guarantees.
