Letting us know
If you really have to cancel then please let us know by e-mailing us at email@example.com or via post to our offices Giganet The Belfry, Solent Business Park, Fareham, Hampshire. PO15 7FJ. We will reply to you to acknowledge your request and give you any aditional information about ceasing our service to you, including returning your equipment for recycling as well as any early termination fees.
Early Termination Fees
We incur charges to activate your broadband and pay for the wireless router we provide you. We offer you a contract with to allow us to pay for these and provide you with great service at a flat monthly rate.
This does mean unfortunately that if you cancel during this minimum service period, you must still pay for the remainder of the initial contract term - these are the Early Termination Fees. We understand that things happen and cirumstances change, to help you with this we keep our contracts as short as possible.
Cancelation after the minimum service period
Once the minimum service period has elapsed you can terminate by giving us 30 days' notice. No Early Termination Fees will apply.
