Sales, customer services, minor faults, change requests and accounts all operate Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 17.30, excluding public holidays. Customers with a Giganet business service with 24x7 support are able to contact us on 0345 265 2222 for critical faults only.
*The provisioning@giga.net.uk mailbox doesn't support new tickets - so please ensure that you reply to the original ticket.
