Why do you have different pricing for the same speeds?
This is due to different underlying costs for us to provide the services in the different areas.
In some areas, we have directly connected to the Openreach infrastructure (e.g. Basingstoke, Salisbury & Winchester).
In Salisbury, there is a new classification of the Openreach full fibre network where we have subscribed to some promotional pricing (valid for orders placed on/after 1st July 2020) which allows us to offer more aggressive pricing.
Therefore, as much as we'd like to offer you the lowest possible price for your area, we're only able to offer you the pricing that is applicable for your given address, and this will always be the most competitive pricing that we’re able to offer you.

I'm an existing customer, can I switch onto the lower pricing for the same service I'm on?
This depends and is complicated, so please get in touch and we'll see what we can offer. This all depends on what your original set up fee was, minimum term, and when you placed your order.
We will always try to do what we can, however in some cases due to our own supplier costs and promotions that we benefit from (which may be order-date linked), it may not always be possible.
Therefore, please get in touch and we'll see whether we can offer this.
I’m an existing customer, can I upgrade or downgrade?
We're allowing customers to both upgrade, but also downgrade their service mid-term.
Upgrades will have no impact to the minimum contract term. So if you have 6 months remaining and upgrade, it will remain at 6 months and not trigger a new 12m term for example.
There is a small admin charge (as we're charged an admin fee from our suppliers), but we keep this to be as low as possible.
In terms of the pricing and options you are able to upgrade/downgrade to, please get in touch, and we'll let you know what options are available.
In some cases, your options and pricing may be 'grandfathered in' - so please note that it may not be possible to offer you the latest pricing and services that are advertised on our website or shown against your address via the availability checker. This is explained in the previous heading about switching onto the lower pricing for the same service).
