Giganet uses GoCardless to process Direct Debit payments.
As part of this, GoCardless will autogenerated a Direct Debit mandate reference that will be shown on your bank account/statement when payments are requested.
This mandate reference is a 7 digit alphanumeric combination. E.g. ABC2DEF.
This reference is NOT your Giganet account number. This is a GoCardless mandate reference.

Bank Statement Format
When Giganet requests a Direct Debit payment, the following information will be shown on your bank statement.
Giganet, ref:[Mandate reference]-[Invoice number]
Where [mandate reference] is the 7 digit alphanumeric auto generated GoCardless mandate reference, and [Invoice number] is the corresponding Giganet invoice number against which the payment is being requested against.
Seen M12 Solutions Limited on your Bank Statement?
Giganet is a trading name of M 12 Solutions Limited, so if you see M12 Solutions on your bank statement, or an alert with your Bank, then this is also Giganet.
We are aware that with Barclays, when they send you an E-mail confirming the Direct Debit has been set up, they show the mandate being with <GC re M 12 Solutions Limited t/a>.

GoCardless/Direct Debit E-mails
You may also receive E-mails from GoCardless when they are processing your Direct Debit payment. They will send these E-mails within 3 days of your payment.
This E-mail will accompany the recent bill/invoice from us.
