1. Login to the customer portal
Please visit the customer portal at https://order.giga.net.uk
Most customers should have been automatically registered for the portal, if you do not have a password please click "Forgot your Password". If you have not please register here: https://order.giga.net.uk/register
2. Select My Accounts
3. Select your account
4. Select bills & payments
5. Add new bank account
6. Complete your new bank details
Make sure to "Set as preferred payment method" to update to use these details.
7. Remove your old bank details
Unfortunately, there is no way to remove your bank mandate from the customer portal by yourself. This is for security reasons, and also to ensure that customers always have an active bank mandate in place.
You have two options to remove your old bank details/old bank mandate:
- Contact us and we can remove it from our back-end system.
- Contact your bank, or if possible, use your online or mobile banking to remove the previous mandate. Be sure not to delete or remove the new mandate!
