Giganet operates a customer portal for any customers that have placed their order through our online web order portal. This includes all home broadband customers.
For most business customers, where the order was manual, the customer portal is not available.
Customer Portal Features
The customer portal is currently under construction however the following features are available now:
- View your subscription & service
- View your invoices
- View your bank accounts configured with direct debit
- Add a new bank account for direct debit payments
- Connection details:
- PPPoE username & password
- IP address
- Active and past sessions
- Raise a new support ticket
