Giganet operates a customer portal for all customers that placed their order through our online web order portal. This includes all home broadband customers.
For most business customers, where the order was manual (you completed a Docusign order form), the customer portal is not available at this time. However if you placed your business order online, then you should have account access.

The customer portal is currently under development, so many features will be provided over due course, however the following features are available now:
- View your subscription & service
- View your invoices
- View your bank accounts configured with direct debit
- Add a new bank account for direct debit payments
- Connection details:
- PPPoE username & password
- IP address
- Active and past sessions
- Raise a new support ticket
