Unfortunately, due to the commercial arrangements between Vodafone and CityFibre, Giganet are unable to supply ANY CityFibre connectivity services, including our ELITE (leased line) or UltraBEAM (FTTP broadband) services to residential properties.
This restriction includes home workers.
This is due to Vodafone holding the exclusivity with CityFibre services for residential properties.
This restriction even applies in areas where Vodafone have not announced their CityFibre FTTP broadband rollout but CityFibre is available.
Website availability checker
Our website availability checker does not currently filter the results out where you select a business check against a residential property and CityFibre services are returned. So please don't get your hopes up because results are being returned. Our sales support team will help verify your request following an enquiry/order.
Database of restricted properties
A database is used to verify what can and cannot receive a CityFibre service from us which indicated whether the property is residential or not. If you believe that the records are incorrect, for instance, you operate a business from a residential property and there is no shared domestic usage, then please get in touch and we'll escalate this through the channels to permit you the ability to order a Giganet CityFibre service.
